Institutional Mandate

This role is instituted to architect, test, and enforce the mechanisms that allow fintech systems to survive extreme stress, shock, and failure without loss of institutional integrity.

The Supreme Steward governs stress-testing engines, recovery protocols, and systemic restart logic, ensuring that fintech platforms are designed not merely for efficiency, but for endurance.

This is not a business continuity or operational risk role. It is resilience engineering at system scale, embedded directly into fintech architecture.

Strategic Scope of Authority

  • Architect and govern financial stress and recovery frameworks across fintech platforms.

  • Define executive doctrines for failure containment, degradation tolerance, and controlled recovery.

  • Establish standards for stress simulation, shock propagation analysis, and system restart sequencing.

  • Oversee integration between risk engines, liquidity systems, and settlement layers.

  • Lead long-term strategies for institutional resilience under market, technical, and behavioural shocks.

  • Serve as final authority on system shutdowns, recovery activation, and post-event reconstruction.

Executive Profile

  • 18–30+ years in fintech systems resilience, financial infrastructure, or large-scale platform architecture.

  • Exceptional mastery of stress modelling, failure modes, and recovery design.

  • Proven leadership in environments where system failure carries systemic consequences.

  • Ability to plan for worst-case scenarios with institutional calm and precision.

  • Executive mindset grounded in durability and long-term trust.

Compensation Structure (Kuwait)

  • Base Salary: KWD 7,600 – 11,200 per month

  • Annual Executive Incentive: 35% – 55% of base salary

  • Long-Term Incentive: Multi-year resilience-performance and recovery-effectiveness awards

  • Executive Benefits: Executive housing allowance, premium healthcare, education support, annual international mobility allowance
