Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly analytical Specialist to design and enhance technology-driven regulatory processes within a modern fintech environment.
The position combines regulatory knowledge with product thinking, process automation, data analysis and technology implementation. The successful candidate will help transform complex regulatory obligations into efficient, measurable and scalable digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse regulatory and operational requirements and translate them into technology specifications.

Design automated workflows for regulatory processes and financial controls.

Identify manual compliance activities suitable for technology-enabled automation.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams on RegTech solutions.

Develop process maps, functional requirements and implementation documentation.

Analyse regulatory data and identify operational trends.

Support development of automated monitoring and reporting capabilities.

Establish performance metrics for regulatory technology solutions.

Evaluate third-party RegTech platforms and technology providers.

Conduct process-gap and control-effectiveness assessments.

Support testing and deployment of new regulatory technology capabilities.

Develop management reports covering automation performance and operational efficiency.

Monitor technological developments affecting financial regulatory operations.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Law, Risk Management or a related field.

5+ years of experience in RegTech, fintech, compliance technology, financial services or process transformation.

Strong understanding of regulatory processes and technology-enabled controls.

Experience with workflow automation, data analysis or financial technology platforms.

Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Excellent stakeholder-management and communication capabilities.
