Core Responsibilities
- Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile fintech applications.
- Produce user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and design validation exercises.
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Optimize digital experiences based on customer insights and analytics.
- Maintain and evolve enterprise design systems and UI component libraries.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across digital platforms.
- Support product launches through design quality reviews and interface refinements.
- Stay informed on global UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and customer behavior.
- Contribute innovative ideas that strengthen customer engagement and digital adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience designing digital products within fintech, banking, or technology environments.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or equivalent design tools.
- Strong visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
