A rapidly growing fintech organization is recruiting an innovative Specialist – Blockchain Innovation & Smart Contracts to lead the development of next-generation blockchain applications supporting institutional digital assets, programmable payments, tokenized financial products, decentralized identity solutions, and automated financial workflows.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence how financial institutions adopt blockchain technology to deliver faster, smarter, and more transparent financial services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize secure smart contracts for enterprise fintech applications.
- Build decentralized applications supporting digital financial services.
- Integrate blockchain solutions with banking systems, payment platforms, and enterprise APIs.
- Conduct smart contract security testing and code optimization.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Software Developers, Cybersecurity Specialists, and Compliance teams.
- Evaluate blockchain interoperability and emerging distributed ledger innovations.
- Support tokenization initiatives and blockchain-based financial products.
- Produce technical documentation and implementation guidelines.
- Participate in Agile software development and continuous integration activities.
- Promote innovation through research and emerging blockchain technologies.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Blockchain Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Experience developing blockchain applications within fintech or financial services.
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Strong understanding of blockchain security, cryptography, smart contract development, and decentralized architectures.
- Excellent teamwork, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
