Strategic Context
This role is designed at the highest conceptual level of fintech strategy, operating beyond products, platforms, or operational execution. The Sovereign-Scale Fintech Strategy Director is responsible for developing doctrine-level thinking on how digital finance systems should evolve over long time horizons.
The position is fully remote and exists to define principles, strategic logic, and future-state models that guide fintech ecosystems at national and cross-market scale.
Core Strategic Mandate

Define long-term digital finance doctrines covering payments, platforms, data, and financial access

Design future-state system models for fintech ecosystems operating under evolving market conditions

Identify structural risks, systemic dependencies, and resilience requirements

Translate technological trends into strategic foresight frameworks

Produce doctrine papers, strategic blueprints, and executive foresight reports

Advise on alignment between fintech innovation and macroeconomic objectives

Ideal Background

18–25 years in fintech strategy, financial systems design, or digital economy advisory

Ability to operate independently in fully remote, high-autonomy roles

Deep understanding of global fintech trends and systemic financial risk
