Role Context
This role is positioned at the macro-strategic layer of fintech infrastructure, focusing on how large-scale digital financial systems are conceptualised, structured, and evolved over time. Operating fully remotely while aligned with Saudi Arabia’s fintech environment, the Strategist is responsible for defining long-horizon frameworks that govern how fintech platforms scale, interconnect, and remain resilient under national and cross-border transaction pressure.
This is not a delivery or operational role. It is a structural and systemic mandate, concerned with architecture at ecosystem level rather than product level.
Strategic Mandate

Develop long-term fintech infrastructure strategy frameworks

Define principles governing payment rails, transaction systems, and financial data movement
