Role Summary

The Smart Contract & Blockchain Security Engineer will focus on developing, auditing, and securing decentralized applications and smart contracts used in fintech platforms. This role requires a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and performance within blockchain environments.

You will play a key role in ensuring that blockchain-based financial systems operate with maximum integrity and minimal risk exposure.

Technical Responsibilities

Smart Contract Development

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for financial applications
• Implement token standards and contract logic for digital asset management
• Optimize smart contract performance and gas efficiency

Security & Auditing

• Conduct comprehensive smart contract audits to identify vulnerabilities
• Implement secure coding practices and cryptographic safeguards
• Perform penetration testing and risk assessments on blockchain systems

Infrastructure & Integration

• Integrate smart contracts with frontend applications and backend services
• Support deployment pipelines and version control for blockchain projects
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure secure and efficient releases

Technical Requirements

• Programming Languages: Solidity, Rust, or Vyper
• Tools: Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, or similar frameworks
• Understanding of blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms
• Knowledge of cryptography, hashing, and digital signatures

Experience Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in software engineering or blockchain development
• Proven experience in smart contract deployment and security auditing
• Familiarity with fintech systems and digital asset transactions

• Efficiency and scalability of deployed blockchain solutions
