• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
• Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in service delivery management, with a track record of successfully leading service delivery teams.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
