As financial services become increasingly digital, the boundary between cybersecurity, fraud prevention, artificial intelligence, and financial risk is disappearing.
A forward-looking fintech institution is building an advanced Digital Trust and Financial Intelligence function and is seeking an accomplished Sentinel to strengthen its ability to identify, investigate, and neutralize sophisticated financial threats.
The successful professional will combine analytical intelligence with modern security engineering to protect payment platforms, customer identities, financial data, and mission-critical infrastructure.
Mission Control
Detect
Develop intelligent monitoring capabilities capable of identifying abnormal transactional and behavioural patterns.
Predict
Use machine learning and predictive analytics to identify emerging fraud risks before they become material incidents.
Defend
Strengthen cloud, application, identity, and payment security across the enterprise.
Investigate
Coordinate analytical investigations into complex financial anomalies and suspicious activity.
Resilience
Develop frameworks that allow critical financial services to remain operational during disruptive events.
Responsibilities

Develop AI-assisted fraud detection strategies.

Analyse transactional and behavioural intelligence.

Lead enterprise threat-monitoring initiatives.

Strengthen digital identity and access-control frameworks.
-
Conduct security and operational resilience assessments.
-
Collaborate with data science, engineering, risk, and compliance teams.
-
Develop executive-level fraud and cyber intelligence reporting.
-
Improve incident detection and response capabilities.
-
Establish measurable digital trust and security KPIs.
-
Continuously evaluate emerging threats against financial infrastructure.
Required Profile
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, fraud analytics, fintech security, banking, or financial risk.

Strong knowledge of enterprise security environments.

Experience with financial transaction analytics or digital identity systems.

Excellent investigative, analytical, and communication skills.
Advantageous certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, CEH, or equivalent professional credentials.
