Position Summary
A sophisticated fintech ecosystem is building an advanced payment orchestration layer designed to unify multiple payment methods—including cards, bank transfers, wallets, and alternative payment solutions—into a single intelligent platform.
The objective is to optimize transaction routing, improve authorization rates, reduce costs, and enhance overall payment performance through real-time decisioning and analytics.
To lead this initiative, the organization is seeking a Senior Vice President – Payment Orchestration, Multi-Rail Processing & Transaction Intelligence Systems.
This role is responsible for designing and managing the systems that determine how payments are processed, routed, and optimized across complex financial networks.
Core Responsibilities
Payment Orchestration Architecture
- Design platforms for managing multi-rail payment systems.
- Enable intelligent routing of transactions across providers.
- Optimize payment flows for efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure seamless integration with financial networks.
Transaction Intelligence & Optimization
- Implement analytics for transaction performance.
- Improve authorization rates through intelligent routing.
- Reduce transaction costs and failures.
- Enable real-time decision-making in payment processing.
Platform Scalability & Performance
- Build systems capable of handling high transaction volumes.
- Ensure low latency and high availability.
- Optimize system performance under peak conditions.
- Maintain operational resilience.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with payment regulations.
- Maintain transparency and auditability of transactions.
- Implement risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with regulators and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in payments or fintech systems.
- Strong expertise in payment orchestration platforms.
- Experience with large-scale transaction systems.
- Proven leadership in platform environments.
