This organization is building adaptive financial ecosystems integrating AI-powered merchant engagement analytics, cloud-native transaction infrastructures, predictive customer spending intelligence systems, embedded lending ecosystems, intelligent onboarding environments, enterprise loyalty frameworks, and scalable commerce-finance platforms supporting regional SMEs, retailers, and enterprise transaction operations.
The role is designed for commercially intelligent fintech professionals capable of combining merchant finance modernization, customer engagement optimization, operational scalability governance, and digital payment transformation into sustainable next-generation commerce-finance ecosystems.
The selected candidate will lead enterprise-wide growth initiatives involving merchant onboarding systems, embedded finance infrastructures, customer lifecycle environments, and operational transaction modernization ecosystems.
Strategic Role Summary
The Senior Vice President – Fintech Merchant Finance & Embedded Commerce Growth Platforms will supervise operational modernization involving merchant finance ecosystems, embedded transaction infrastructures, customer financial engagement systems, and enterprise payment scalability frameworks.
This role combines fintech commercial leadership, operational finance modernization, customer interaction strategy, and enterprise growth transformation governance.

- Support enterprise scalability initiatives through intelligent commerce-finance modernization strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future merchant finance ecosystems

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- 7–15 years of experience in fintech growth strategy, merchant finance ecosystems, embedded commerce, or enterprise financial modernization
- Strong expertise in customer financial engagement and merchant transaction optimization
- Deep understanding of AI-powered merchant analytics and embedded payment systems
- Experience leading enterprise commercial transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud-native financial environments and transaction scalability frameworks
- Exceptional leadership and strategic communication capabilities
- GCC commerce-finance ecosystem exposure highly advantageous
