Senior Vice President – Fintech Data Intelligence & Financial Signal Processing.
Location: Sultanate of Oman (Muscat | Regional Intelligence Mandate)
Role Purpose
This role exists to define how financial data becomes intelligence within advanced fintech ecosystems. The executive oversees the design of data pipelines, signal extraction logic, and decision-support infrastructure that powers real-time financial judgment at scale.
The mandate is not analytics as reporting, but analytics as embedded financial cognition.
Key Responsibilities

Architect real-time financial data ingestion and normalization frameworks.

Design financial signal processing models for behavioral, transactional, and systemic intelligence.

Oversee decision-infrastructure layers feeding risk engines and execution platforms.

Define governance for data lineage, accuracy, and explainability.

Integrate AI-driven inference while preserving deterministic financial outcomes.

Establish system-wide financial observability and predictive intelligence capabilities.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, architecture, and platform design.

Act as executive authority on financial data ethics, integrity, and usage discipline.
Candidate Profile

15–20 years in fintech data platforms, financial intelligence, or systems architecture.

Deep understanding of financial data semantics and signal modeling.

Proven leadership in building intelligence systems for mission-critical environments.

Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable financial logic.
Compensation Structure (Annual)
-
Base Salary: OMR 135,000 – 170,000

Intelligence Performance Bonus: OMR 40,000 – 60,000

Long-Term Data Architecture Incentive: OMR 55,000 – 80,000

Total Annual Package: OMR 230,000 – 310,000
