Role Overview
The Senior Vice President of Digital Payments Architecture & Innovation will provide strategic direction for next-generation payment ecosystems designed for the UAE’s advanced fintech market. This leadership role combines deep expertise in cross-border settlement systems, blockchain-based clearing models, and the orchestration of seamless consumer-to-enterprise digital payment journeys.
Key Responsibilities

Design and scale real-time payment infrastructures, ensuring interoperability across domestic and global corridors.

Develop and implement strategies for tokenized payments, digital wallets, and mobile-first financial solutions.

Integrate ISO 20022 and SWIFT gpi frameworks with blockchain and DLT-powered settlement layers.

Ensure resilience, compliance, and regulatory alignment with UAE Central Bank directives and global standards.

Drive cross-border innovation through partnerships with fintech hubs across Europe, Asia, and the GCC.
Candidate Profile

12+ years in payments innovation, fintech architecture, or settlement systems.

Advanced degree in Financial Technology, Economics, or Systems Engineering.

Strong command of UAE regulatory landscape and global payment standards.

Proven experience in scaling enterprise-grade digital payment systems.
