Core Responsibilities

• Monitor global sustainability trends affecting fintech and digital finance ecosystems
• Analyze environmental, social, and governance risk exposure across enterprise financial activities
• Prepare ESG benchmarking studies and sustainability intelligence reports for executive stakeholders
• Track emerging climate-related financial risks and sustainable investment opportunities

Sustainable Finance Strategy

• Support the development of green fintech products and sustainability-linked financial initiatives
• Evaluate opportunities involving sustainable lending, climate finance, green bonds, and ethical investment structures
• Assist in integrating ESG principles into digital banking and fintech operational strategies
• Support enterprise sustainability transformation projects across financial technology ecosystems
• Develop reporting frameworks measuring environmental and social impact performance

ESG Compliance & Governance

• Ensure sustainability reporting aligns with international ESG frameworks and financial governance standards
• Support regulatory reporting obligations related to ESG and sustainable finance activities
• Coordinate ESG data collection, validation, and governance processes
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams on sustainability governance controls
• Monitor evolving sustainability regulations affecting digital financial institutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with AI, analytics, risk, investment, and fintech innovation teams on sustainability initiatives
• Assist digital product teams in developing environmentally conscious financial solutions
• Deliver sustainability presentations and ESG performance updates to internal stakeholders
• Support enterprise decision-making through sustainability-driven financial insights

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Sustainability, Economics, Environmental Studies, Business Analytics, or related disciplines
• 4–10 years of experience within sustainable finance, ESG analysis, investment research, fintech strategy, or banking risk management
• Strong understanding of ESG principles and sustainable financial ecosystems
• Knowledge of global sustainability reporting frameworks and ESG disclosure standards
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and research capabilities
• Strong interest in fintech innovation and digital finance transformation
