The role requires a leader with deep expertise in AI, big data, and insurance innovation frameworks, capable of creating future-ready solutions that align with Kuwait’s financial modernization journey.
Key Responsibilities

InsurTech Product Development: Drive design of AI-powered insurance platforms across health, auto, and life insurance sectors.

AI-Powered Risk Assessment: Deploy machine learning models for predictive underwriting, fraud detection, and claims automation.

Customer-Centric Personalization: Build recommendation engines that deliver tailored insurance products.

Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all digital insurance platforms comply with Kuwait’s financial regulations and global insurtech standards.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee automation of claims settlement, fraud detection, and policy administration.

Qualifications & Expertise

8–10 years in insurtech, digital insurance, or fintech product strategy.

Strong background in AI, machine learning, and big data for financial services.

Proven ability to design and scale digital-first insurance platforms.

Knowledge of GCC insurance regulation and global insurtech best practices.

Graduate or postgraduate degree in Insurance, Data Science, or Digital Finance.
