A Senior Smart Contract Implementation Consultant is required to lead deployment projects across tokenized finance systems and smart contract-enabled banking platforms.

This hybrid role combines remote project leadership with strategic in-person collaboration for implementation milestones and enterprise stakeholder engagement.

To ensure blockchain financial systems are deployed with:

Primary Responsibilities

1. Smart Contract Deployment Leadership

• Lead implementation of tokenized payment systems and smart contract-enabled banking workflows.
• Coordinate deployment across protocol logic, middleware, and financial system integrations.
• Ensure smart contract execution aligns with operational and governance requirements.

2. Banking Integration & System Validation

• Manage interoperability between blockchain platforms and traditional banking systems.
• Validate settlement flows, transaction accuracy, and contract execution outcomes.
• Ensure seamless API and middleware connectivity.

3. Stakeholder Delivery Management

• Coordinate across engineering teams, compliance leaders, and financial operations stakeholders.
• Manage implementation readiness, deployment risks, and go-live execution.
• Resolve delivery challenges during protocol launches and post-launch stabilization.

4. Post-Deployment Optimization

• Monitor performance of tokenized financial products after launch.
• Improve operational adoption and transaction reliability.
• Recommend enhancements for governance and technical efficiency.

• Fintech project delivery and stakeholder management

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–10+ years in fintech implementation, blockchain delivery, or banking systems integration
• Experience with tokenized finance systems or smart contract environments
• Strong understanding of API ecosystems and enterprise delivery models
• Ability to manage hybrid delivery across technical and operational teams
