Role Description
This role is crafted for a senior fintech data professional responsible for designing and governing advanced financial data platforms that enable real-time intelligence, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision support across digital finance ecosystems.
The position requires deep technical mastery of financial data architectures, combined with the ability to translate raw transactional data into strategic insights that influence financial performance and system-level optimisation.
Key Responsibilities

Architect and manage high-scale financial data platforms, supporting real-time and batch analytics

Design predictive intelligence frameworks for transaction behaviour, liquidity trends, and financial forecasting

Implement robust data governance, quality assurance, and lineage tracking across complex datasets

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed analytics directly into fintech systems

Lead the evolution of AI-enabled financial intelligence pipelines

Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance within distributed data teams
Required Expertise

10–15 years of experience in fintech data engineering, analytics, or financial intelligence systems

Advanced expertise in cloud-based data platforms, distributed processing, and real-time analytics

Strong command of predictive modelling, statistical methods, and financial data structures

Experience working with large-scale transactional and behavioural financial datasets

Strong written, analytical, and remote-collaboration skills
Compensation Framework

Annual Compensation Range: AED 480,000 – 680,000 (tax-free)
