Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Fintech Strategy & Innovation Consultant to design and implement transformative financial solutions across Saudi Arabia. This role combines strategic advisory, product innovation, and regulatory expertise, focusing on AI-powered financial products, digital payments, and wealth management solutions aligned with Vision 2030 initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute innovation roadmaps for digital finance products, including payments, lending, investment platforms, and open banking initiatives.

Translate emerging technologies into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory frameworks.

Collaborate with regulatory authorities to maintain compliance with Saudi Central Bank standards, AML/KYC protocols, and cybersecurity requirements.

Lead remote workshops and mentoring sessions to guide cross-functional teams in fintech innovation and AI integration.

Monitor global and regional fintech ecosystems to inform strategy and identify opportunities for technological adoption.
Required Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Technology Management, or related field.

10+ years of experience in fintech strategy, innovation consulting, or product leadership.

Deep knowledge of Saudi digital banking infrastructure, payment networks, and regulatory frameworks.

Proven experience in AI, blockchain, and cloud-native fintech solutions.
Preferred Skills:

Expertise in robo-advisory platforms, digital asset management, and cross-border payment integration.

Familiarity with SAMA fintech sandbox frameworks and global digital finance standards.
