Executive Overview

This position is structured as a strategic product leadership role, focused on designing and scaling AI-driven wealth management ecosystems. The mandate extends beyond product ownership into market-shaping innovation, targeting affluent and mass-affluent segments through intelligent, automated financial advisory platforms.

You will act as the architect of financial experiences, blending behavioral finance, predictive analytics, and user-centric design into a cohesive WealthTech offering.

Primary Strategic Objectives

• Conceptualize and scale AI-powered robo-advisory platforms.

• Develop goal-based investment frameworks driven by predictive modeling.

• Lead the design of hyper-personalized financial dashboards using behavioral analytics.

• Define product roadmap aligned with Qatar’s digital finance transformation agenda.

Product Innovation Responsibilities

• Integrate machine learning models for portfolio optimization and risk profiling.

• Design multi-asset investment platforms (equities, ETFs, crypto-assets, alternative investments).

• Build client lifecycle journeys from onboarding (KYC) to wealth accumulation and retirement planning.

• Leverage open banking APIs to aggregate financial data across institutions.

• Implement gamification layers to enhance financial engagement and retention.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product vision into scalable architecture.

• Work with data scientists to refine AI/ML models for financial forecasting.

• Interface with regulatory stakeholders to ensure product compliance and transparency.

• Lead distributed teams across UX, analytics, and financial modeling units.

Market Intelligence & Positioning

• Conduct deep analysis of GCC wealth distribution trends and investment behaviors.

• Benchmark against global WealthTech leaders to maintain competitive differentiation.

• Identify emerging opportunities in digital assets and tokenized investment vehicles.

Candidate Requirements

• 8–12 years in fintech product strategy or wealth management innovation.

• Strong background in AI applications within financial services.

• Experience designing scalable digital platforms for investment or advisory services.

• Deep understanding of portfolio theory, asset allocation, and risk modeling.
