We are seeking an exceptional Senior Fintech Product Architect to lead the conceptualization, design, and strategic implementation of next-generation digital financial products. This role demands mastery of advanced fintech ecosystems, including blockchain-enabled payments, digital wallets, and AI-driven customer engagement platforms. The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and market disruption, driving UAE-aligned financial innovation on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving GCC fintech regulations and market trends.

Architect scalable, secure, and compliant fintech solutions encompassing digital banking, cross-border payments, and embedded finance.

Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to enhance customer insights and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years in fintech product architecture or digital banking, with demonstrable leadership in remote and distributed teams.

Deep knowledge of UAE fintech regulatory environment and GCC digital payment frameworks.

Expertise in blockchain, APIs, AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and omnichannel financial platforms.

Strategic thinker with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
