The Senior Fintech Platform Strategy & Embedded Finance Innovation Lead is tasked with structuring how financial services are embedded and monetized across non-financial digital ecosystems. This role emphasizes platform economics, integration governance, and scalable innovation, ensuring embedded financial capabilities are aligned with long-term growth, compliance, and operational resilience.
The mandate focuses on ecosystem-level coherence, allowing platforms to scale embedded financial services without fragmentation or governance lapses.
Core Responsibilities

Design strategic frameworks for embedding financial services across multi-channel digital ecosystems

Develop monetization, partnership, and platform integration strategies

Assess ecosystem-wide risks, platform dependencies, and scalability constraints

Advise on emerging innovations such as digital wallets, BNPL, and API-driven banking

Produce executive-level strategy papers, platform blueprints, and decision frameworks

Collaborate with regulators, technology providers, and international fintech networks

Guide long-term ecosystem evolution and platform interoperability
Required Expertise

Deep expertise in fintech strategy, embedded finance, platform economics, or digital ecosystem design
