Strategic Mandate

The Senior Fintech Platform Strategy & Embedded Finance Innovation Lead is charged with designing strategic frameworks for integrating financial services within non-financial digital ecosystems. This role emphasizes platform economics, embedded finance models, and long-term value creation, rather than product delivery or operational oversight.

The mandate is to ensure that financial capabilities are strategically embedded, monetized, and scaled seamlessly across digital ecosystems, enabling platforms to capture value while maintaining interoperability, governance, and systemic resilience.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end frameworks for embedded financial services across multi-channel, multi-platform digital ecosystems

• Define economic and monetization strategies aligned with platform business models and long-term sustainability

• Assess ecosystem-wide risks, dependencies, and platform scalability constraints

• Evaluate and advise on emerging embedded finance innovations, including BNPL, digital wallets, API-driven banking, and marketplace integration

• Produce executive-level strategy papers, platform blueprints, and decision frameworks

• Collaborate with international fintech leaders, regulators, and technology providers to ensure strategic alignment and market adaptability

• Advise on ecosystem evolution, governance models, and platform-level interoperability for sustainable growth

Required Expertise

• Strong background in fintech strategy, platform design, embedded finance, or digital ecosystem economics

• Advanced knowledge of platform monetization, integration, and scalability models

• Ability to model strategic trade-offs between innovation, risk, and regulatory compliance

• Executive-level communication and advisory capabilities

Ideal Professional Profile

• 12+ years of experience in fintech strategy, platform design, or embedded finance innovation

• International exposure to multi-platform, cross-jurisdictional financial ecosystems

• Proven ability to operate autonomously and deliver high-impact strategic guidance remotely
