Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Fintech Innovation Architect to design, develop, and scale advanced financial systems in Qatar. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic foresight, focusing on AI-driven financial intelligence, digital payments, open banking integration, and embedded finance solutions.
Core Responsibilities:

Architect next-generation fintech platforms with robust security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

Lead remote, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver fintech solutions across payments, banking, and investment domains.

Conduct predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and financial simulations to optimize product performance.

Collaborate with banks, fintech ecosystems, and regulatory authorities for seamless solution integration.

Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into strategic innovation roadmaps.

Provide executive-level advice on fintech product development, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
Required Experience:

Advanced degree in Finance, Technology, or Computer Science.

10+ years in fintech solution architecture, digital banking, or financial product strategy.

Demonstrated expertise in AI-powered analytics, blockchain, and digital payment systems.

Strong understanding of Qatar’s fintech regulations and compliance standards.
