Role Synopsis

This position is engineered for a highly analytical fintech professional specializing in AI-powered risk modeling, fraud detection, and financial intelligence systems. You will design and deploy advanced machine learning frameworks that detect anomalies, predict financial crime patterns, and enhance decision intelligence across digital financial platforms.

Primary Functional Pillars

A. AI Risk Modeling & Predictive Analytics

• Develop predictive models for credit risk, fraud detection, and behavioral scoring
• Implement deep learning, gradient boosting, and anomaly detection algorithms
• Optimize model performance using real-time data streams and feedback loops

B. Financial Crime Intelligence Systems

• Architect systems capable of identifying money laundering patterns, transaction anomalies, and synthetic identities
• Integrate graph analytics and network analysis for transaction tracing
• Collaborate with compliance teams to align models with regulatory expectations

C. Data Engineering & Infrastructure

• Build scalable data pipelines using big data frameworks (Spark, Kafka, Flink)
• Ensure data integrity, lineage, and governance across distributed systems
• Deploy models in low-latency production environments

D. Explainable AI & Regulatory Transparency

• Develop explainability frameworks for AI decisions
• Ensure models meet auditability and regulatory scrutiny standards
• Produce model documentation for regulatory submissions

Candidate Profile

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Quantitative Finance, or AI Engineering
• 7–12 years in fintech, banking, or financial analytics
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, SQL, and cloud ML platforms
• Strong understanding of Basel III/IV risk frameworks and financial regulations
