Position Overview
This senior mandate requires a blockchain infrastructure authority capable of designing Kuwait-aligned digital asset ecosystems optimized for institutional-grade security, high-performance transaction throughput, and regulatory sophistication. The role demands cross-disciplinary proficiency in distributed ledger engineering, digital asset compliance frameworks, cryptographic risk governance, and multi-chain interoperability.
Core Mandates

Architect multi-chain blockchain infrastructure supporting tokenized assets, cross-chain liquidity, institutional settlement, and programmable financial instruments.

Develop Kuwait-aligned policy-aware infrastructure for custody, transaction validation, validator node governance, and digital asset lifecycle management.

Implement advanced consensus optimization strategies, cryptographic integrity controls, and fault-tolerant multi-cloud blockchain deployments.

Oversee remote engineering of digital-asset analytics environments, monitoring transaction risks, liquidity flows, and chain-level anomalies.
