Role Overview
This role focuses on the intelligent transformation of financial risk, compliance analytics, and decision intelligence using advanced data science and AI methodologies. The successful candidate will architect and lead machine-driven financial intelligence frameworks that enhance credit decisioning, transaction surveillance, and predictive risk modeling at scale.
The position is fully remote, strategically aligned with the UAE’s role as a global fintech and capital-markets hub, supporting multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional financial operations.
Key Accountabilities

Design and govern AI-driven financial risk engines, incorporating machine learning, behavioral analytics, and probabilistic modeling.

Lead the development of real-time transaction intelligence systems capable of detecting anomalies, emerging risk patterns, and systemic threats.

Oversee data architecture strategies spanning structured financial data, alternative data sources, and high-velocity transaction streams.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed algorithmic decision frameworks into core financial workflows.

Define model governance, explainability standards, and performance validation frameworks suitable for regulatory scrutiny.

Shape long-term AI strategy for financial platforms operating across multiple regions and asset classes.
Ideal Candidate Profile

12+ years of experience across financial risk, data science, AI engineering, or quantitative analytics.

Advanced expertise in machine learning pipelines, model lifecycle management, and scalable data platforms.

Strong grounding in financial systems, including payments, digital banking, or capital markets infrastructure.

Demonstrated leadership in high-stakes analytical environments with significant financial and reputational exposure.

Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytical insights to non-technical executive audiences.
Salary & Compensation Structure (UAE Benchmark – Remote)

Base Annual Salary: AED 720,000 – AED 960,000

AI & Advanced Analytics Premium: Reflected in upper-band compensation
