An internationally respected fintech banking institution is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Relationship Manager – Digital Corporate Banking to manage and expand strategic relationships with corporate, commercial, and institutional clients across a rapidly evolving digital financial ecosystem. This role is designed for an experienced banking professional with an exceptional understanding of corporate banking, digital financial products, transaction banking, treasury solutions, cash management, trade finance, and technology-enabled financial services.

As the banking sector embraces artificial intelligence, embedded finance, API-driven banking, real-time payment infrastructures, digital treasury solutions, and data-driven customer engagement, this position offers the opportunity to become a trusted financial advisor to high-value clients while contributing to the organization’s ambitious regional growth strategy.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, credit risk professionals, product managers, payment specialists, compliance officers, treasury teams, software engineers, and customer success professionals to deliver tailored financial solutions that enhance client profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate, commercial, and institutional banking clients.
  • Identify opportunities to expand digital banking adoption across business portfolios.
  • Structure tailored financing, treasury, liquidity, and cash management solutions.
  • Promote digital payment platforms, merchant acquiring services, virtual account solutions, and API banking capabilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and client portfolio reviews.
  • Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver integrated banking solutions.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Prepare strategic account development plans and executive relationship reports.
  • Lead client presentations, financial reviews, and solution workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and applicable banking regulations.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational excellence.
  • Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to business development strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, commercial banking, or fintech financial services.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking products and enterprise financial solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
