Position Mandate

To design and deploy digital wealth platforms powered by:

• Robo-advisory algorithms

• Portfolio optimization engines

• Behavioral finance modeling

Structural Responsibilities

A. Quantitative Model Development

• Build portfolio optimization frameworks (mean-variance, factor-based, risk parity models)

• Develop automated asset allocation algorithms

• Integrate market data feeds and predictive analytics models

B. Digital Advisory Platforms

• Architect robo-advisory systems delivering personalized investment recommendations

• Design client-facing dashboards with:

  • Real-time portfolio tracking

  • Risk exposure analytics

  • Performance attribution

C. Behavioral Finance Integration

• Incorporate investor psychology models into advisory algorithms

• Develop systems that adapt to:

  • Risk tolerance shifts

  • Market volatility responses

  • Client engagement patterns

D. Regulatory & Market Alignment

• Align products with Capital Markets Authority (CMA) Kuwait regulations

• Ensure transparency in:

  • Fee structures

  • Investment methodologies

  • Risk disclosures

Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years in quantitative finance, asset management, or fintech product development

• Strong expertise in:

  • Python / R for financial modeling

  • Portfolio theory and derivatives

  • WealthTech platforms

Success Metrics

• Growth in assets under management (AUM) via digital channels

• Client retention and engagement rates

• Accuracy and performance of advisory algorithms

• Regulatory compliance and reporting precision
