ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
A leading opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and expansion of innovative digital payment products across the GCC financial-technology market.
This is a high-impact position for a commercially minded product professional who understands how to translate customer needs, payment infrastructure, market intelligence and emerging technologies into scalable financial products with measurable business value.
You will work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, commercial and compliance teams to take products from concept and discovery through development, launch, optimization and regional expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product roadmap for digital payment and fintech solutions.
- Define product vision, strategy and measurable objectives.
- Conduct customer and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications.
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product-development lifecycle.
- Develop and prioritize product backlogs based on commercial and customer impact.
- Analyze product performance, adoption, retention and transaction activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve payment conversion and customer experience.
- Develop strategies for launching new payment capabilities across GCC markets.
- Coordinate product launches with technology, operations and commercial teams.
- Establish product KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
- Monitor fintech competitors and emerging payment technologies.
- Lead continuous product improvement using customer feedback and data analytics.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of product-management experience, preferably within fintech, payments, banking or financial technology.
- Proven experience launching and scaling digital financial products.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, APIs and digital platforms.
- Demonstrated experience working with engineering and technology teams.
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Experience working across GCC or international markets is advantageous.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Indicative Salary: AED 35,000–50,000 per month, depending on experience and seniority.
