Senior Product Manager – Digital Wallets & Payments

Role Summary
A fast-evolving fintech environment is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the design, enhancement, and scaling of digital wallet and payment solutions. You will drive product strategy across consumer and merchant-facing applications, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable payment experiences.
This role requires strong collaboration across engineering, design, compliance, and business teams, with a focus on delivering measurable product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for wallet features (P2P transfers, bill payments, QR payments)
- Lead feature development from concept through launch and post-launch optimization
- Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into clear technical specifications
- Analyze transaction data to improve conversion rates, success rates, and user retention
- Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities
- Prioritize product backlog based on business value and customer impact
Day-to-Day Activities
- Running sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions
- Reviewing product metrics and user feedback
- Collaborating with UX designers on customer journeys
- Aligning with stakeholders on roadmap priorities
- Monitoring live product performance and troubleshooting issues
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or payments
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (cards, wallets, APIs, gateways)
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Open Banking or embedded finance
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory environment
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, SQL, or product analytics platforms

Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 – $170,000 annually
