Role Overview
A high-growth fintech initiative in Riyadh is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager – Digital Payments, Merchant Experience & Growth Design to lead the development and optimization of merchant-facing financial products and payment experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, user experience, and business growth—where every design decision directly impacts merchant success, customer satisfaction, and transaction performance.
You will be responsible for building products that simplify payment acceptance, enhance merchant onboarding, streamline settlements, and deliver seamless financial experiences across multiple channels.
The position requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, customer empathy, and execution excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead product development for digital payments, merchant onboarding, settlement systems, and financial services
- Design and optimize merchant and customer journeys to improve usability and conversion rates
- Define product roadmaps aligned with business goals and market opportunities
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions
- Analyze product performance using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and oversee delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and customer protection standards
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Drive growth initiatives to increase product adoption and revenue
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure product success
Required Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business, Product Management, Design, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in product management within fintech or financial services
- Strong understanding of payment systems, merchant services, and financial products
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Saudi fintech market preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with growth hacking and data-driven product optimization
- Knowledge of real-time payment systems and digital wallets
- Exposure to embedded finance and platform integrations
- Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks
