Mission Objective

To lead and optimize enterprise-scale P2P fintech ecosystems supporting:

• Digital lending marketplaces
• Peer-to-peer investment platforms
• Alternative financing infrastructures
• Automated borrower-lender matching systems
• Intelligent financial marketplace operations

Primary Responsibilities

1. P2P Marketplace Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of digital lending and peer-to-peer financial platforms
• Optimize borrower onboarding, investor engagement, and transaction lifecycle management
• Build scalable operational processes supporting marketplace growth and liquidity stability

2. Financial Product & Platform Optimization

• Develop customer-focused financial marketplace experiences improving user retention and platform engagement
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on platform feature expansion and operational scalability
• Enhance funding workflows, repayment systems, and transaction monitoring infrastructures

3. Risk, Trust & Marketplace Integrity

• Coordinate operational risk frameworks supporting borrower verification and marketplace transparency
• Monitor platform health indicators and lending ecosystem performance metrics
• Improve trust and operational confidence across investor and borrower communities

4. Customer Experience & Growth Strategy

• Design strategies improving customer acquisition and marketplace participation
• Build engagement systems supporting repeat borrowers and long-term investor activity
• Analyze behavioral data and operational trends to optimize marketplace performance

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering teams, data analysts, compliance specialists, and financial operations managers
• Support platform modernization initiatives and operational automation strategies
• Contribute to long-term growth planning for alternative finance ecosystems

Technical Requirements

• 5–10 years in fintech operations, marketplace platforms, digital lending, or financial technology ecosystems
• Strong understanding of:

  • Digital onboarding systems
  • Financial marketplace operations
  • Payment and settlement workflows
  • Customer lifecycle management
  • Operational analytics platforms
• Experience working with:
