Role Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Open Banking Solutions Strategist to drive Oman’s transition towards an advanced open finance ecosystem. This role will oversee the architectural design, regulatory alignment, and deployment of secure API-driven financial platforms that enhance interoperability across banking and fintech institutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design API frameworks and interoperability protocols enabling secure third-party access to financial services.

Define compliance standards for data security, digital identity, and consumer consent management.

Drive adoption of banking-as-a-service platforms, integrating fintechs and incumbents in a unified ecosystem.

Collaborate with regulators to align Oman’s open banking models with international best practices.

Guide strategic initiatives on customer-centric digital product development.
Qualifications & Experience

10+ years in open banking strategy, fintech architecture, or API ecosystems.

Deep expertise in PSD2, open finance frameworks, and consent-based data sharing.

Strong technical knowledge of cloud-native platforms, API orchestration, and cybersecurity measures.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Financial Technology, or Digital Innovation.
