A highly sophisticated Gulf-based financial technology ecosystem is embarking on a historic enterprise modernization initiative and is seeking a Senior Managing Director – Autonomous Finance Systems & Digital Banking Intelligence to lead the evolution of intelligent banking architecture, AI-powered financial ecosystems, and next-generation digital infrastructure across regional and international markets.
This executive opportunity is specifically designed for a globally accomplished fintech leader capable of transforming large-scale financial operations into autonomous, data-driven, digitally interconnected ecosystems powered by artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, cloud-native infrastructure, and intelligent transaction intelligence systems.
The successful executive will oversee enterprise-wide modernization programs spanning digital banking operations, embedded finance ecosystems, real-time transaction environments, AI-enhanced customer intelligence, automated operational frameworks, and advanced financial infrastructure scalability initiatives.

Strategic Executive Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives involving autonomous banking ecosystems, AI-powered transaction intelligence, and scalable digital financial infrastructure.
- Design intelligent financial platforms capable of automating onboarding, customer engagement, lending workflows, payment approvals, and operational risk detection.
- Oversee large-scale modernization of enterprise banking architecture including cloud-native infrastructure, API-driven financial systems, and enterprise data orchestration environments.
- Build predictive financial intelligence frameworks leveraging machine learning, behavioral analytics, and real-time operational intelligence technologies.
- Coordinate multinational fintech operations across engineering, infrastructure, compliance, cybersecurity, treasury operations, and digital product innovation divisions.
- Establish governance frameworks supporting enterprise operational resilience, transaction integrity, cybersecurity readiness, and international regulatory alignment.
- Develop strategic commercial partnerships involving banking technology ecosystems, payment infrastructure providers, AI financial platforms, and digital innovation firms.
- Build executive intelligence dashboards measuring automation efficiency, customer growth, transaction scalability, infrastructure resilience, and financial ecosystem performance.
- Evaluate emerging fintech technologies and identify commercially viable opportunities capable of accelerating enterprise digital transformation.
- Represent the organization at international banking technology summits, AI finance conferences, and enterprise fintech leadership forums.
Executive Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of senior leadership experience within fintech, enterprise banking systems, digital transformation, AI financial ecosystems, or financial infrastructure modernization.
- Degree in Financial Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or Business Strategy.
- Deep understanding of digital banking infrastructure, enterprise financial operations, intelligent automation, API ecosystems, and scalable transaction systems.
- Strong exposure to AI deployment within regulated financial environments.
- Advanced commercial leadership capabilities with proven multinational operational management experience.
- Exceptional executive communication, governance, and organizational transformation expertise.
