This role is responsible for delivering a fully operational fintech platform, transitioning from architecture to production-grade deployment with measurable performance outcomes.
Phase-Based Execution Plan
System Foundation
- Establish cloud infrastructure and environments
- Design core system architecture (microservices, APIs)
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration
Core Platform Development
- Build payment processing systems
- Develop account management and ledger services
- Integrate third-party financial APIs
Security & Compliance Integration
- Implement authentication and authorization systems
- Integrate KYC/AML processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Performance Optimization
- Conduct load testing and performance tuning
- Optimize system scalability and reliability
- Implement monitoring and observability tools
Launch & Scaling
- Deploy platform to production
- Scale infrastructure to support user growth
- Continuously improve system performance
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams in platform development

- 10–15 years in software engineering or fintech platforms
