A fast-growing financial technology institution in Kuwait City is seeking a highly capable Senior Manager – Fintech Merchant Growth & Embedded Finance Solutions to drive merchant ecosystem expansion, embedded finance strategy, customer financial product adoption, and commercial growth across payment platforms and next-generation transaction services.
This role is ideal for a commercially focused fintech professional who understands how merchant success and embedded finance innovation create long-term revenue growth, customer retention, and platform scalability. The successful candidate will lead merchant financial partnerships while strengthening financial product performance across regional markets.

Key Duties
- Lead merchant growth strategy across payments, embedded finance solutions, and customer financial service delivery
- Identify high-value revenue opportunities across merchant services, transaction platforms, and financial product expansion
- Build strong partnerships with merchants, payment processors, and strategic financial ecosystem stakeholders
- Support go-to-market execution for new embedded finance products and commercial growth initiatives
- Improve customer onboarding journeys, merchant servicing experiences, and long-term retention strategies
- Develop pricing frameworks and profitability models for merchant financial solutions and product sustainability
- Evaluate merchant performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue contribution across multiple business channels
- Collaborate with compliance, product, finance, and operations teams for scalable service delivery
- Strengthen regional market penetration and merchant ecosystem expansion opportunities
- Deliver executive reporting and strategic commercial recommendations to leadership teams
- Build long-term innovation frameworks for sustainable customer growth and merchant satisfaction
- Mentor junior growth teams and strengthen leadership succession planning
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Financial Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in fintech merchant services, embedded finance, partnerships, or strategic business development
- Strong understanding of GCC fintech ecosystems and customer financial service behavior
- Experience across payment platforms, merchant operations, and customer relationship management
- Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue growth and relationship management success
- Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication capability
- Strong understanding of merchant financial product scalability and ecosystem development
- Ability to convert merchant success into measurable business outcomes
