Role Summary
A fast-growing fintech enterprise is looking for a commercially driven Senior Manager – Fintech Ecosystem Expansion to identify high-impact partnerships that accelerate market penetration and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Working alongside executive leadership, product innovators, and technology teams, you will establish strategic collaborations with banks, enterprise organizations, payment providers, technology companies, and digital commerce platforms throughout the Gulf region.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop regional partnership growth strategies.
- Identify and negotiate commercial alliances.
- Build relationships with banking and technology executives.
- Support market entry initiatives across GCC countries.
- Collaborate with product teams on partnership-enabled financial solutions.
- Monitor partnership performance and commercial outcomes.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor assessments.
- Represent the organization at international fintech events.
- Support enterprise growth initiatives.
- Deliver executive reports and strategic recommendations.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fintech partnerships, business development, or strategic consulting.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated commercial leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical capabilities.
