A rapidly growing financial technology institution in Muscat is seeking a highly capable Senior Manager – Fintech Customer Success & Merchant Solutions to lead merchant growth, customer success strategy, payment service optimization, and enterprise relationship management across digital payments, transaction platforms, and financial service ecosystems.
This role is ideal for a commercially focused fintech professional who understands how strong merchant relationships and customer service excellence drive long-term revenue growth, platform adoption, and financial ecosystem stability. The successful candidate will lead customer success operations while strengthening merchant financial product performance across regional markets.

Key Duties
- Lead customer success strategy across merchant services, payment platforms, and financial service delivery operations
- Identify growth opportunities across customer retention, merchant onboarding, and transaction platform optimization
- Build strong relationships with merchants, payment partners, and financial service stakeholders
- Support go-to-market execution for new merchant financial products and commercial growth initiatives
- Improve customer onboarding journeys, service delivery standards, and long-term retention strategies
- Develop service excellence frameworks and profitability models for customer financial solutions
- Evaluate merchant performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue contribution across multiple business channels
- Collaborate with compliance, product, finance, and operations teams for scalable service delivery
- Strengthen regional market penetration and merchant ecosystem expansion opportunities
- Deliver executive reporting and strategic commercial recommendations to leadership teams
- Build long-term innovation frameworks for sustainable customer growth and merchant satisfaction
- Mentor junior customer success teams and strengthen leadership succession planning
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Financial Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in fintech customer success, merchant services, partnerships, or strategic business development
- Strong understanding of GCC fintech ecosystems and customer financial service behavior
- Experience across payment platforms, merchant operations, and customer relationship management
- Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue growth and relationship management success
- Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication capability
- Strong understanding of merchant financial product scalability and ecosystem development
- Ability to convert customer satisfaction into measurable business outcomes
