Core Responsibilities

Frontend Platform Engineering

• Develop scalable frontend systems supporting digital banking across web and mobile environments.
• Engineer modular UI architectures enabling seamless integration of multiple financial services.
• Build real-time financial dashboards displaying balances, transactions, and predictive insights.
• Optimize UI responsiveness for critical actions such as payments, transfers, and approvals.
• Design component-driven architectures that support rapid product iteration.

Financial User Experience Innovation

• Collaborate with product and UX teams to create intuitive financial workflows.
• Simplify complex financial operations into user-friendly digital interactions.
• Build onboarding experiences that streamline account creation and verification.
• Design responsive layouts that adapt to different devices and user contexts.
• Enhance accessibility and usability across diverse user demographics.

Performance & Scalability

• Optimize rendering performance across high-traffic fintech applications.
• Implement efficient state management for real-time financial updates.
• Reduce latency in frontend-backend communication for transaction-heavy flows.
• Ensure consistent performance across varying network conditions.
• Monitor frontend metrics and continuously improve user experience quality.

Security & Compliance

• Implement secure authentication flows and session management systems.
• Ensure frontend compliance with financial data protection standards.
• Collaborate with security teams to prevent UI-level vulnerabilities.
• Support audit-ready frontend interaction tracking for financial operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience building scalable and performance-sensitive applications.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform development.
