Role Overview:
The Senior Fintech Solutions Strategist will define and execute the architecture for advanced digital financial products across the UAE. This role requires deep expertise in AI-driven analytics, blockchain-based payment solutions, and cross-border fintech operations. The strategist will act as a key driver of operational efficiency, market expansion, and innovation leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize multi-channel digital payment platforms, embedded finance systems, and AI-powered advisory solutions.

Conduct market research to identify emerging fintech opportunities, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.

Lead cross-border fintech initiatives with a focus on digital wealth management, real-time payments, and blockchain-enabled transactions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

12+ years’ experience in fintech product strategy, solution architecture, or digital financial consulting.

Proven expertise in digital payments, AI-driven analytics, and SaaS-based fintech platforms.

Strong knowledge of UAE fintech regulations, digital banking frameworks, and emerging technologies.
