Core Mission

To engineer backend financial systems that enable:

• Seamless embedded payment experiences across platforms
• Secure and scalable API integrations
• Real-time transaction processing across multiple financial channels

Key Responsibilities

1. Payment API Architecture

• Design and develop scalable APIs for payment processing, wallet services, and financial transactions.
• Build secure API gateways with authentication, rate limiting, and monitoring layers.
• Ensure APIs are robust enough to support high-volume transactional environments.

2. Embedded Finance Integration

• Enable financial services integration into third-party platforms (e-commerce, SaaS, mobility apps).
• Develop middleware systems that connect fintech infrastructure with external platforms.
• Ensure seamless data exchange between financial and non-financial systems.

3. Backend Financial Systems

• Support development of microservices for payment authorization and settlement.
• Ensure transactional integrity across distributed systems.
• Work on real-time processing pipelines for financial events.

4. Performance & Scalability

• Optimize API response times and backend throughput.
• Design systems capable of handling traffic spikes in payment environments.
• Implement caching and load balancing strategies.

Technology Stack

• Languages: Java, Go, Node.js
• Architecture: Microservices, API-first systems
• Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
• Protocols: REST, gRPC, Webhooks
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis

Candidate Profile

• 6–10+ years in backend or API engineering
• Strong experience with fintech or payment systems
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and integrations
• Experience working with API gateways and microservices
