About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Fintech Solutions Architect to drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and innovative digital financial platforms. This role is ideal for a visionary professional capable of navigating complex payment ecosystems, digital banking infrastructures, and AI-driven financial solutions. The candidate will collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks while advancing next-generation fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and oversee end-to-end fintech platform solutions, including digital wallets, cross-border payment systems, and embedded finance ecosystems.

Integrate advanced technologies such as AI, blockchain, and smart contract solutions into secure financial products.

Partner with compliance teams to ensure solutions meet UAE Central Bank and international regulatory standards.

Conduct rigorous scalability, security, and performance assessments across fintech systems.

Advise on strategic digital finance initiatives, driving operational efficiency and user experience innovation.

Provide technical leadership to cross-functional development teams, ensuring high-quality code and solution delivery.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in fintech solution architecture or digital financial services.

Deep understanding of payment processing, digital wallets, blockchain, and emerging financial technologies.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices.

Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and global compliance standards.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
