• Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards.

• Participate in technical architecture discussions.

• Contribute to fintech innovation initiatives and product enhancements.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Golang, .NET, Python, or Node.js.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and cloud-native technologies.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.

• Understanding of fintech, payments, and digital financial services ecosystems.
