An expanding financial technology organization is seeking an accomplished Senior FinTech Software Developer to lead the development of enterprise-grade digital banking platforms serving millions of customers across the Gulf region. This position offers the opportunity to architect scalable financial solutions, modernize payment ecosystems, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives while working with internationally recognized engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable fintech applications using modern software engineering principles.
- Build secure RESTful APIs and microservices supporting financial transactions.
- Integrate payment gateways, Open Banking APIs, and digital wallet solutions.
- Develop high-performance backend services capable of processing millions of transactions.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines.
- Implement fraud prevention mechanisms and transaction monitoring features.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior software developers.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and financial cybersecurity standards.
- Participate in system architecture planning and technical decision-making.
- Support cloud-native application deployment across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, or Go.
- Experience building cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and API security.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
