Key Strategic Responsibilities

Develop enterprise-grade fintech risk frameworks covering operational, technological, regulatory, and systemic exposures

Conduct continuous risk intelligence analysis on emerging fintech models, platform dependencies, and cross-border financial flows

Design governance structures for AI-driven financial systems, automated compliance, and algorithmic decision engines

Build risk scenario simulations for platform failures, cyber events, liquidity stress, and transaction integrity breakdowns

Advise on digital governance standards aligned with GCC regulatory expectations and international best practices

Translate complex risk insights into executive-level strategic guidance
Analytical & Intelligence Scope

Monitor fintech ecosystem evolution, including embedded finance, programmable payments, and digital identity frameworks

Candidate Profile

10+ years in fintech risk management, digital governance, or financial regulatory strategy

Strong background in financial systems risk modeling and compliance frameworks

Ability to bridge technical fintech concepts with regulatory and policy implications

Exceptional analytical writing and strategic communication skills
