This role is designed for a highly analytical fintech QA/QC specialist capable of ensuring enterprise-grade quality across sophisticated financial infrastructures.

Mission Objective

To design and execute advanced fintech quality assurance frameworks supporting:

• Digital banking ecosystems
• Real-time transaction platforms
• Financial API infrastructures
• Automated payment systems
• Cloud-native fintech applications

Primary Responsibilities

1. Fintech Quality Engineering

• Develop comprehensive QA/QC strategies for digital banking and financial service platforms
• Design detailed test plans covering frontend, backend, API, and transaction-processing systems
• Ensure operational stability across large-scale fintech environments

2. Automated Testing Infrastructure

• Build scalable automation frameworks supporting regression, integration, performance, and functional testing
• Develop intelligent automated testing pipelines integrated within CI/CD environments
• Optimize automated test coverage across distributed fintech systems

3. Transaction & Payment Validation

• Validate real-time financial transaction flows and payment orchestration systems
• Test multi-currency payment operations, settlement workflows, and reconciliation environments
• Ensure transactional integrity and operational accuracy across financial ecosystems

4. API & Backend System Testing

• Perform deep validation of banking APIs, authentication systems, and financial integrations
• Conduct load testing and stress testing for high-volume fintech infrastructures
• Identify performance bottlenecks impacting transaction reliability and customer experience

5. Collaboration & Quality Governance

• Collaborate with backend engineers, frontend developers, DevOps teams, and product managers
• Maintain defect lifecycle management and quality reporting processes
• Contribute to enterprise quality standards and testing best practices

Technical Requirements

• 5–10 years in QA/QC engineering, fintech testing, banking platforms, or enterprise software quality assurance
• Strong expertise in:
  • Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
  • Postman / REST Assured
  • JMeter / LoadRunner
  • SQL and database validation
  • CI/CD testing pipelines
  • API testing frameworks
  • Agile QA methodologies
• Experience testing:
  • Banking applications
  • Payment gateways
  • Digital wallets
  • Financial transaction systems
  • Cloud-native fintech infrastructures

Preferred Expertise

• Familiarity with PCI-DSS and fintech compliance standards
• Experience in performance and security testing
• Knowledge of automated financial reconciliation validation
• Understanding of real-time financial processing systems
