The UAE is a global leader in fintech innovation, particularly in embedded finance solutions. The Senior Fintech Product Strategist will lead the conceptualization, design, and deployment of digital financial products embedded across multiple platforms, including e-commerce, mobility services, and enterprise SaaS.

This role combines strategic product leadership, technical oversight, regulatory intelligence, and market trend analysis, ensuring products are both scalable and compliant.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define strategic product roadmaps for digital wallets, embedded finance solutions, and multi-platform fintech ecosystems.

• Integrate AI-driven insights, automated credit scoring, and predictive analytics into products.

• Align product strategy with regional market trends, competition, and regulatory frameworks.

Ecosystem Architecture & Integration

• Ensure seamless interoperability between banks, fintech startups, and digital commerce platforms.

• Architect multi-platform financial service ecosystems that support embedded payments, lending, and wealth management.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure products adhere to Central Bank of UAE regulations and international financial standards.

• Implement embedded RegTech solutions for automated compliance, fraud monitoring, and reporting.

Candidate Profile

Education: Master’s in Financial Technology, Digital Finance, Innovation Management, or Business Strategy

Experience: 10–12 years in fintech product strategy, embedded finance, or platform innovation

Skills:

• Expertise in fintech product lifecycle, ecosystem integration, and AI-driven financial platforms

• Strong knowledge of cross-border financial regulations and digital compliance

• Demonstrated success in launching scalable fintech products across multiple markets
