Role Context

The UAE is a global fintech hub, pioneering embedded financial services within e-commerce, mobility, and enterprise platforms. The Senior Fintech Product Strategist will lead the design, strategy, and launch of integrated fintech products that embed digital financial services seamlessly across multiple ecosystems.

This remote role requires deep expertise in digital product strategy, fintech innovation, regulatory compliance, and market intelligence, ensuring products are technologically sophisticated, scalable, and fully compliant.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Define and execute the product roadmap for embedded finance solutions, digital wallets, and integrated financial platforms.

• Integrate AI-driven analytics, automated credit scoring, and predictive financial insights into product design.

• Align product strategy with regional fintech trends, competitive market intelligence, and regulatory requirements.

Ecosystem Integration

• Architect platforms enabling multi-party financial integration across banks, fintech startups, and digital commerce platforms.

• Ensure interoperability for cross-platform financial services, payments, and embedded financial applications.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure products comply with local and international regulations:

  • Central Bank of UAE

  • International Monetary Fund

• Embed regulatory technology tools into product workflows for risk mitigation and transparency.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or Digital Finance

Experience: 10–12 years in fintech product strategy, embedded finance, or digital platform innovation

Skills:

• Expertise in fintech product lifecycle, ecosystem integration, and AI-driven financial platforms

• Knowledge of cross-border fintech operations and digital regulatory frameworks

• Demonstrated ability to launch scalable, high-impact fintech products
