We are looking for a Senior Fintech Product Strategist to drive the conception, strategy, and execution of digital asset management and wealth platforms. The role is entirely remote but UAE-based, targeting candidates with a strong background in digital finance, crypto infrastructure, and AI-powered investment solutions. This is a highly strategic position requiring deep knowledge of fintech innovation, market intelligence, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies for digital asset management and wealth management platforms.

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, regulatory shifts, and customer insights for competitive advantage.

• Translate complex fintech solutions into actionable product roadmaps, integrating blockchain, AI, and machine learning.

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to optimize platform performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.

• Establish governance frameworks for digital asset transactions, compliance monitoring, and risk mitigation.

• Provide thought leadership in industry forums, white papers, and strategic fintech initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA or equivalent in Finance, Technology Management, or related discipline.

• 10+ years of product strategy experience in fintech, digital assets, or investment platforms.

• Expertise in regulatory landscapes within the UAE, DIFC, and international jurisdictions.

• Strong proficiency in blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts, and AI-driven financial analytics.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
