Format: Technical–Product Hybrid Role Specification (Architecture-Centric)
Role Purpose
This role focuses on designing fintech products as interconnected systems, not as isolated features. The Senior Fintech Product & Platform Systems Architect defines how digital financial products are structured, governed, integrated, and evolved within complex fintech ecosystems.
The position is fully remote and aligned with Kuwait’s growing digital finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Systems Architecture

Design modular architectures for fintech products, including digital banking services, payment instruments, and financial data products.

Define dependency models, integration patterns, and lifecycle controls for product components.

Ensure products can scale across users, jurisdictions, and technological changes.
Platform Integration

Align product systems with broader fintech platform architectures.

Define API-first and service-oriented product design principles.

Ensure interoperability between internal systems and external financial services.
Governance & Documentation

Establish formal product architecture documentation standards.

Define rules for product evolution, deprecation, and consolidation.

Ensure long-term maintainability and platform coherence.
Professional Requirements

12–16 years in fintech product architecture, platform design, or digital banking systems.

Strong systems-thinking and architectural modeling skills.

Deep understanding of API-driven finance and platform economics.

Ability to work independently in a remote, design-heavy role.
